About the Walk
Tucked into the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Rancho San Antonio County Park in Cupertino, California, offers a beautiful network of well-maintained trails, perfect for walkers and hikers of all fitness levels. The scenery—featuring oak woodlands, wildflower meadows, and a variety of local wildlife—makes for a peaceful and scenic outing. Be on the lookout for deer, rabbits, and a wide range of bird species!
This approximately 3-mile walk follows mostly flat terrain with a few gentle inclines, offering picturesque views throughout. It’s an ideal route for casual walkers and nature enthusiasts alike.
Led by native French speaker Thomas Célérier, this walk also provides a fun and informal opportunity to speak and practice French. Whether you're fluent or just starting out, enjoy bilingual conversation and community connection in a relaxed setting.
